Description
Pregnant woman was taken to Dhekiajuli CHC but due to lack of serive she was referred to Tezpur Kanaklata Civil Hospital. Here, an ultra-sound test was done and referred to Tezpur Medical College and Hospital as she needed blood. At the hospital, she delivered a still born baby through cesarean as she could not deliver on time. She had to pay for the admission fee and the prescribed medicines. She was not attended by the hospital staff on time and she felt she was mistreated by staff because she belongs to tea tribes. Neither did she received the JSY entitlements.
